Co-President
Molly Richardson
Molly is a final-year Mechanical Engineering student, and this is her fourth year being involved with Dal WiE! As Co-President, she is eager to apply her unique perspectives and advocate for indivudals from non-traditional backgrounds. Molly strives to create an inclusive, accessible environment where every woman feels confident and proud.

Jessica Butler
Jessica is a fourth-year mechanical engineering student and is excited to serve as Co-President this year! After being involved with WiE over the past three years, she’s excited to continue creating a space where women in engineering feel comfortable putting themselves out there, taking on new challenges, and realizing what they’re capable of. She hopes to keep growing a community where members can meet, discover new opportunities, and feel confident stepping into leadership.

Mila Souillere
Mila is in her fifth year of Industrial Engineering and has been involved with Dalhousie Women in Engineering Society for the past three years. She is passionate about the intersection of business and engineering and is excited to help inspire and support women pursuing careers in engineering!

Sofia Jorge
Sofia is a fourth-year Chemical Engineering student, and this is her second year as part of the Dalhousie WiE Executive Team! She is excited to continue contributing to outreach initiatives and promoting an inclusive environment on campus that supports women's achievements and encourages them to pursue their passions.

Madeline Jolicoeur
Madeline Jolicoeur is a fourth-year Civil Engineering student and this is her first year on the WIE executive team. She is excited to help foster a welcoming and inclusive environment while supporting initiatives that empower and connect students within the engineering community.
VP External
Jessica Durham
Jessica is a third-year electrical engineering student. She decided to pursue an engineering degree while she was in trade school obtaining a certificate in electrical techniques. She hopes to encourage young women especially those in rural communities to pursue engineering.
VP Programming
Havelie VanHelden
Havelie is a third-year Civil Engineering student, and this is her first year on the Dalhousie WiE Executive Team. With previous experience as the Acadia WiE Co-President, Havelie is passionate about fostering connection, engagement and growth within the Women in Engineering community at Dalhousie and beyond. Through events and outreach initiatives, she hopes to inspire women to explore science and engineering while embracing their passions and authenticity. She is so excited to be part of this team and is looking forward to the year ahead!

Mishaal Zuberi
Mishaal is a second-year Mechanical Engineering student at Dalhousie. She is committed to fostering an inclusive and fun environment where everyone feels empowered. She also enjoys taking part in student initiatives and giving back to her community!.
Director of Communications
Elise Davison
Elise is starting her second year in mechanical engineering this fall! She loves hiking, running, downhill skiing and is super passionate about engineering. She was rep this past year for the society and can’t wait to make new connections as a part of the executive team!
Go Eng Girl Co-Chair
Grace Hamilton
Grace is a fifth-year mechanical engineering student. This is her 3rd year with WiE, and she is so excited to be a part of a supportive team that aims to encourage an inclusive environment for all women in engineering. She is excited to witness all the creativity and passion at this year’s Go Eng Girl event!
Director of Graduate Relations
Elizabeth Godin-Hebert
Elizabeth is currently in the third year of her PhD in Civil Engineering and is returning to the Women in Engineering (WiE) executive team after a short maternity leave. She is excited to continue advocating for and representing women in graduate studies. Elizabeth is particularly passionate about promoting awareness of alternative career pathways in STEM that support a balance between professional ambitions and family life. Through her role, she hopes to help create a more inclusive and supportive environment for women navigating both academic and personal journeys.

Bria Raduy
Bria is a fourth-year Chemical Engineering student at Dal. This is her first year on the Dal WiE Executive team, after previously being part of the Representative team last year. She is excited to join an amazing society that supports women in engineering, connect with new people, and help organize events and opportunities throughout the semester!
Go Eng Girl Co-Chair
Abby McGillis
Abby is a third-year Chemical Engineering student at Dalhousie University, and this is her third year being involved with the Women in Engineering Society. New to the executive team, her goal is to foster an inclusive and supportive environment for current engineering students while encouraging more young girls to pursue studies in STEM-related fields.
